Manteena was engaged as the Head Contractor to deliver the construction of a new learn to swim facility for Kings Swim in Calwell, ACT.
The facility consists of a 20m pool, entry/reception area, office & staff amenities, showers, male & female change rooms, store and wet store areas; plus a plantroom.
Landscaping and 17 car parking spaces compliment the works.
The project was completed in October 2014.
