Matthew is a distinguished Certified Practicing Accountant who brings a wealth of diverse operational and financial experience to Manteena, shaped by his significant contributions in both public and private sectors. His career includes impactful roles at Synergy Group, RANCCB and The Vikings Group, whereas the companies’ CFO he demonstrated a deep understanding of financial and operational intricacies.

Matthew excels in roles requiring both strategic foresight and operational acumen, perfectly aligning with the demands of a Corporate Services Manager (CSM). His ability to simultaneously navigate high-level strategic objectives and day-to-day operational efficiencies echoes Manteena’s commitment to “Building Excellence.”

As part of the Corporate Services Management role Matthew’s direct reports include: Marketing, Human Resources, Business Systems and Health Safety Environment and Quality. Matthew’s robust background in financial and operational management, a central element of the CSM role, allows him to assist in budget development and management, directly contributing to Manteena’s strategic objectives.
